Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. The service
poddisco builds and maintains a search-optimised website for your podcast. The service includes site design and build, per-episode pages with transcripts and written articles, guest and topic hub pages, SEO work, content management system access, an analytics dashboard, and ongoing maintenance and publishing of new episodes.
poddisco is operated by Podcast Discoverability Corporation, a Wyoming corporation.
2. Your content
You own all content created for and published on your website: episode pages, transcripts, articles, guest hubs, topic pages, images and associated material. You own your branding assets.
poddisco owns the content generation engine, the CMS platform and the tooling used to deliver the service. During the service term you license these from us.
3. Your domain
During the service term, your domain is registered and held in a poddisco-controlled Cloudflare account. This is what allows us to run registration, DNS, SSL, builds and deployment for you without you touching any infrastructure.
You may request transfer of the domain to your own Cloudflare account at any time, including on termination. poddisco will execute the transfer within 30 days of the request and provide reasonable transition assistance. Domain registration and renewal costs are covered by your subscription while the service is active. After transfer, renewals become your responsibility.
4. Payment
Subscription fees are $49 per show per month, billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Founding beta accounts keep that rate for the life of the account. Add-on services are billed as one-time purchases. We do not refund partial months.
5. Termination and offboarding
Either party may cancel with 30 days notice. poddisco may terminate immediately for non-payment, illegal content, or abuse of the platform.
On termination you may request offboarding, which consists of: transfer of the domain to your own Cloudflare account, a full content export covering pages, images and a database dump, and the static site files so you can host the site anywhere. poddisco executes this within 30 days of the request. After offboarding, poddisco deletes its copies of your content.
6. What we do not promise
poddisco does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, citation by any AI system, or revenue outcomes. Search results are controlled by third parties and nobody can promise them. Any figures we publish describe results achieved for specific named properties and are not a forecast for yours. poddisco's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to publish illegal content, infringe copyright, distribute malware, send spam, or impersonate others. poddisco reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
