The backstory
The Grove is Blake Newcomer's interview show about the people actually building decarbonisation businesses. It is a technical, crowded subject, and the competition for attention there is not other podcasts. It is everyone else's written content. A show that exists only as audio simply does not appear in that fight.
What we built
We took the catalog and rebuilt it as a site on Blake's own domain: a transcript and an original written article for every episode, a page for each guest, and topic hubs that pull the whole archive together by subject. Then we left it running. New episodes are picked up and published within hours, with nobody touching anything.
The results
- 55 episodes transcribed and published, each with its own written article rather than a transcript dump.
- AI assistants went from citing the show in nothing at all to citing it in more than 400 answers.
- 56 guest pages and 13 topic hubs now cross-link the archive, so one episode leads to the next.
The AI-answer figure comes from independent third-party visibility tracking rather than from our own tooling. The Grove is also younger than Nightmare Success, so treat it as proof that the machine works end to end rather than as a matured 90-day search-growth curve.
